ShoeMuch 10 days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return and exchange shoes purchased on ShoeMuch within 10 days of receipt of the product. The only thing which we ask that don't use the product and maintain its original condition, packaging and tags. You are most welcome to try on a product but make sure you take an adequate measure to maintain its condition. In case of Returns, we will transfer the money into your own bank account. Once we pick up your return, our team will do the quality check at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the required amount into your ShoeMuch account or your own bank account depending on the refund mode you choose. But, if the product does not pass the quality check we shall return it to you. If you choose to exchange the product for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange the product, our delivery representative will deliver the new product to you and simultaneously pick up the original one from you. Please note that we only offer size exchange.

2: Go to “Product Return RMA” tab
3: Click on “Request New RMA”
4: Select the order you want to Return
5: Submit the request and you are Done!
6: You will receive a confirmation mail from the team of ShoeMuch; don't forget to take a note of your Return ID and Order no.
NOTE : Products purchased under any promotion, clearance sale and offer won't be exchanged or returned.
Process time for refund: Once the product is received and accepted, refund will be initiated and customer shall receive the refund amount within 7 working days in his/her bank account only.
