Yes, signing up an account with us will speed up the checkout process and allows you to keep a track of your order(s). You need to create your account before you check out at the shopping bag page. However, you can also opt for guest checkout! But in this criterion – your information will not be stored and you won't be able to make amendments on your orders if you have opted for guest checkout.

To reset your password, click on “Sign In” followed by “Forgot Password”. Then, enter your registered email address and click on “Submit”. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
To change your password, sign in to your account and on reaching "Dashboard" page, click on "Account Information" and then click on "Change Password".

Please sign-in to your account and click on "Account Information" under the heading “My Account”. You will be able to update/edit your particulars.

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms your order and start processing it. You will receive an email containing the details of your order i.e. a unique order ID, listing of your item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. You will also be notified with the shipping details along with their respective tracking number(s).

For cardholder protection, we are required to obtain a phone number as part of our billing verification process. If you don't give us, your order won't be processed further.

We process and ship orders as soon as possible. If you cancelled your order and still you receive it, we have a return policy.

1: You can return your product as long as:

  • you have the customer invoice,
  • its original packaging and accessories, including warranty cards, dustbags, authenticity labels and all the items included with the product(s) delivered.
  • And is unused/ original condition.
  • If your shipment requires multiple packages, each package should have a unique tracking label. Do not remove that.

The delivery date of your product(s) will totally depend upon your location, stock availability, shipping restrictions and the shipping speed you select. Our shipments take place in two stages: processing and transit. But we try our level best to deliver your product(s) within 7 days time.
